(PartiallyPolitics.com) The law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron filed a lawsuit against former Trump adviser Steve Bannon who they had previously represented for more than $480,00 in unpaid legal bills.

In the lawsuit the firm rights that they are only seeking for the outstanding bill of “$480,487.87” to be paid, as well as for “scheduling a hearing on the reasonable attorneys’ fees DHC is contractually entitled to as the prevailing party in this litigation.”

Bannon had been represented by the firm in a number of high-profile cases, which included his previous subpoena by the House select committee investigating Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack during the previous congress. Bannon also faced a trial after he defied the subpoena.

Last year, Bannon was also convicted of a four-month imprisonment for contempt of Congress, but he is currently appealing the court’s decision in this case. The firm also legally represented Bannon during the investigation into his having defrauded donors who had donated money for the construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Then-President Donald Trump had pardoned Bannon in this case, but the  Manhattan district attorney’s office indicted Bannon on a number of state charges, including money laundering, scheming to defraud, and conspiracy. Bannon pled not guilty to all the charges.
