(PartiallyPolitics.com) – On Tuesday the “Outnumbered” panel was critical of Vice President Kamala Harris over her childhood story that she shared in order to show her opposition to conservative Americans.
As she shared in an interview on Monday, when she was a child Harris had asked her mother after coming home why conservatives were “bad.” As she explains while laughing as a child she thought that “we were supposed to conserve things” so she could not understand what was bad about it.
However, this story was heavily criticized by the “Outnumbered” panel with co-host Kayleigh McEnany stating that this message goes against the message that Harris’ had tried to promote in 2016 when she was pushing for unity. At the time Harris was serving as California’s attorney general and she had written in a tweet that unity was their strength. McEnany also called the whole story “Cringe.”
Co-host Emily Compagno also criticized Harris stating that the vice president does not say anything of substance. She added that instead of these remarks Harris should be focused on getting “down to business” instead of laughing. Compagno much like Harris grew up in California. In fact, the two were raised in the same area which would apparently be where the “bad” conservative story occurred.
Compagno pointed out that while they came from the same neighborhood she understood American values and ethics.
