(PartiallyPolitics.com) – The White House slammed conservative Republicans for using a budget proposal by a bloc of lawmakers to attack the party on some important key issues ahead of 2024.

The Biden administration started its messaging campaign by attacking the House Freedom Caucus’s budget proposal while also slamming the Republican Study Committee for their criticisms of Biden’s budget proposals.

The House Republican-White House has been going back and forth on key issues including Social Security and Medicare which have been central to the fiscal talks of the past year. The White House is now attacking what they referred to as “draconian cuts.”

The White House started by describing the Freedom Caucus’s proposal as a “five-alarm fire” and said that it would cause problems for American families in five different ways by risking public safety, increasing costs, moving manufacturing jobs overseas, harming national security, and harming seniors.
