(PartiallyPolitics.com) – A former Fox News producer was fired last Friday after accusing the network of legal coercion in connection to the $1.6 billion Dominion defamation case.

The producer in question, Abby Grossberg, is set to appear on NBC tonight to further discuss her allegations. Grossberg had previously worked as a producer for Maria Bartiromo and Tucker Carlson and has filed a lawsuit in which she claimed that Fox lawyers had coerced and pressured her into providing misleading testimony in the lawsuit brought forth by Dominion Voting Systems.

Dominion Voting systems in their lawsuit claimed that Fox News had defamed them by perpetuating the unfounded claims made by former President Donald Trump about the election being stolen and about their polling machines being used to rig the presidential election against him. In the lawsuit, it is also stated that Fox News had continued to promote these claims even after knowing that they were inaccurate.

Fox News has repeatedly denied the defamation claims and has tried to get the lawsuit dismissed before. They have also rejected Grossberg’s claims about coercion and sexism in the workplace.

As part of the defamation lawsuit, Dominion has released a number of revealing documents, one of which included private text communications from Tucker Carlson in which he had claimed to hate Trump “passionately.”

Tomorrow night, Grossberg is going to be interviewed on NBC Nightly News regarding her allegations about Fox News as a workplace and in regards to her accusations about coercion.
