The FBI has launched over 250 investigations nationwide into a vicious neo-Nazi sextortion network that’s blackmailing children into making explicit videos, performing self-harm, and even torturing animals on popular platforms like Discord and Roblox.
Quick Takes
- The “764” neo-Nazi sextortion ring has open cases in every FBI field office across the country, with victims as young as nine years old
- Founded in 2020, the group has ties to neo-Nazism and Satanism, aiming to “destroy civilized society” through exploitation of minors
- Victims are blackmailed into increasingly degrading acts, including self-harm, animal torture, and other extreme behaviors
- At least 15 people have been arrested on charges related to the network, which the FBI now considers a form of domestic terrorism
- Parents are urged to monitor children’s online activities for signs of involvement with the group
FBI Battles Nationwide Neo-Nazi Threat Targeting Children
Every FBI field office across the United States is now involved in investigating a dangerous online network known as “764,” with more than 250 active cases. The group, which emerged in 2020, targets adolescents on gaming and social platforms like Discord and Roblox, coercing them into creating explicit content, self-harm, and even violence. The group’s activities have reached such an alarming level that the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division is leading investigations, treating the network as a domestic terrorism threat.
“764 is a network of nihilistic violent extremists … seeking to destroy civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, which often include minors,” the FBI said.
The organization was reportedly founded by Bradley Cadenhead, who is now serving an 80-year prison sentence. Two suspected members, Prasan Nepa Leonidas Varagiannis and Prasan Nepal, were recently arrested as authorities continue their crackdown. The FBI first became aware of the network in 2021 following an arrest in Queens on gun charges, but the scope of the group’s activities has expanded dramatically since then, spreading across the US and globally.
Horrific Tactics Used to Exploit Children
The 764 network employs particularly disturbing methods to control its victims. After initially gaining trust, predators blackmail victims into creating increasingly graphic content, which is then shared among members. Some hosts organize “watch parties” where multiple predators gather online to torment victims collectively. The FBI reports that victims have been coerced into extreme acts of violence against themselves, including cutting symbols into their own bodies.
The network has ties to the Order of Nine Angles, a decentralized, Satanic, neo-Nazi organization. Members gain status through increasingly violent and extreme acts. FBI Assistant Director David Scott described the situation in stark terms, saying, “We see a lot of bad things, but this is one of the most disturbing things we’re seeing.” Victims have reportedly been as young as nine years old, with potentially thousands affected worldwide.

Parents Urged to Monitor Children’s Online Activity
The FBI is actively working to combat this threat, but officials stress that parental awareness and intervention is crucial. Law enforcement has encountered multiple cases of children being drawn into this dangerous world without their parents’ knowledge. One Connecticut mother, whose daughter became involved with 764, described the shock of discovery as “very scary and frightening,” noting that “we didn’t raise her to engage in that kind of activity.”
“The FBI is determined to identify and stop members of these networks who are targeting children and other vulnerable populations. We need the help of parents, teachers, and others who may become aware that a child is in danger,” said Jim Marshall, FBI Miami Public Information Officer.
Parents are advised to monitor their children’s online activities, be alert for signs of distress or self-harm, and maintain open communication about internet safety. Platform companies like Roblox and Discord have stated they are working to provide safer online environments and assist law enforcement. The FBI urges anyone who suspects a child may be in contact with this group to report it immediately to local authorities or the FBI.
