(PartiallyPolitics.com) – On Wednesday the Republican National Committee praised the federal judge who had requested the sweetheart deal reached by President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice and his son Hunter Biden.
On the RNC’s official Twitter account, they posted that originally there had been a sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden but that the deal was no more. They added that then a more limited plea deal appeared but even that one was no longer.
They proceeded to state that the “chaos in Delaware” helped to confirm two different things. The first is that the IRS whistleblowers who have been consistent in their stories should be heard and that their allegations should be seen seriously and the second is that there are many things for President Joe Biden to explain.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre during a daily press briefing on Wednesday stated that while many people were going to be watching the news in Delaware today, these were separate personal issues faced by Hunter Biden and that they were separate from President Biden. She then reiterated that Joe Biden and his wife continued to love and support Hunter Biden as was working in building back up his life.
She further pointed out that the Department of Justice had completely independently handled this case and that the prosecutor, in this case, had been appointed by former President Donald Trump. She added that for any questions she urges the press to reach out to the Justice Department and the representatives of Hunter Biden as they will be able to address questions.
