(PartiallyPolitics.com) – In an appearance on FOX Business “Kudlow” former President Donald Trump gave an interview where he discussed a wide range of topics. During the interview, he attacked President Biden over his handling of the economy, as well as his comments regarding Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan.

Host Larry Kudlow started off by presenting Trump with many economic statistics that compare Trump and Biden’s time in Office. As he pointed out in Biden’s first 30 months in the White House there had been 2.1 million jobs created while in the same period in Trump’s presidency, 4.9 million jobs had been created. He also noted how during Trump’s administration the mortgage rate had been at 2.65 percent while it is now at 7.51 percent under President Biden. Finally, he added that there has been a 20 percent increase in grocery prices during Biden’s time in office, while four years ago the average inflation rate had been 1.9 percent.

Trump at that point commented that the 1.9 percent inflation rate was perfect, as economists had often told him that the target inflation rate that would be ideal is 2 percent.

He then proceeded to condemn the economic policy of President Biden, and that the Democrats had repeatedly exaggerated how effective Biden’s economic policies had been claiming that 13 million jobs had been added since 2021. Yet, as Trump pointed out no one was able to locate all of these jobs that were added during Biden’s administration. He then suggested that it is possible that in these numbers they were also counting the pandemic recovery.
