(PartiallyPolitics.com) – Following the investigation into the hush money payment made on behalf of former President Donald Trump by his then-lawyer Michael Cohen to adult film star Stormy Daniels, it concluded that Trump was charged in April on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. The former President plead not guilty.

In the evidence for this case, particular importance has been paid lately to a book held by a former Trump Tower doorman in a list of witness testimony, which was presented to the grand jury in connection to the investigation.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford allegedly received $130,000 from Donald Trump in exchange for her silence about an affair they had in 2006 ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Cohen who made the payment has previously claimed that he was reimbursed for it by Trump.

Trump has denied both the affair and any wrongdoings in connection to this case. As part of the case against Trump, the prosecutors are claiming that Trump had used payments through associates in order to silence people who could have hurt his chances of winning the White House ahead of the 2016 presidential election. More importantly, these payments were not properly disclosed in election filings or tax returns.

The list of publications released on Friday includes books by Cohen, Daniels, and Trump, however, it also includes Trump Doorman, a 2019 book written by Dino Sajudin, who according to Bragg’s statement of facts received $30,000 from American Media Inc. (AMI) for the exclusive rights.
