(PartiallyPolitics.com) – In his recent testimony before Congress on May 26, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley referenced the existence of a message which allegedly showed that Hunter Biden had used his father’s political position to threaten a Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, the president and CEO of Harvest Fund Management.

Shapley’s testimony was publicized by the Ways and Means Committee on Thursday, and it included the message from Hunter Biden which had allegedly been obtained through his iCloud account. The testimony specifically notes that the Whatsapp message dates back to July 30th, 2017 when Hunter Biden had sent to Henry Zhao that while discussing the circumstances with his father they were trying to “understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.” He added that he wanted the situation handled tonight and that if anyone but Zhao, “Zhang, or the chairman” contacted him then his father and every person he knows will be informed of the circumstance. He added that he would make sure they would “regret not following my direction.”

In the response, Zhao confirmed that he would be calling Hunter Biden. In his testimony, Shapley pointed out that Zhao is believed to have a connection to the Chinese Communist Party.

The New York Post also released a report in which they noted that a second person in the committee has reaffirmed the existence of the message between Zhao and Hunter Biden. Last year, the Post also released a report in which it was stated that Zhao had told Hunter Biden and his business partners of a deal that would guarantee that money would end up in their pockets.
