(PartiallyPolitics.com) – While President Biden’s approval ratings might be low his re-election campaign has managed to fundraise more than all his potential opponents.

The Biden-Harris campaign managed to raise over $71 million in the third quarter of 2023 during its fundraising. This information was announced on Sunday by the 2024 Biden campaign. The campaign further noted that as of the end of September, they have close to $91 million in their coffers which as they pointed out is the highest amount that any Democratic candidate has ever managed to raise by this point in their campaign.

The Biden campaign further noted that during the last three months, they have managed to raise more than any of the Republican 2024 presidential candidates and that the team’s coffers are expected to be higher than all those that the Republican candidates will be able to raise combined.

Presidential candidates are given until the end of Sunday to report their fundraising efforts to the Federal Election Commission for the third quarter. However, the majority of campaigns have already announced how much they have managed to raise.

Former President Donald Trump, who is leading the 2024 Republican primary race announced earlier this month that he managed to fundraise $46 million in the last three months and that his campaign coffers currently have $38 million.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on the other hand only managed to raise $15 million, with $14 million still in the campaign coffers. Former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley, whose campaign has been gaining traction, managed to raise $11 million, with $12 million still being in their campaign coffers.
