(PartiallyPolitics.com) – Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer has ordered all parties, including Hunter Biden, to appear in Batesville, Ark., on Monday over a paternity case. According to court documents, the case concerns an Arkansas woman, to whom the president’s son had previously agreed to pay monthly child support asking the court to hold him in contempt.
Lunden Roberts, in a previous court filing, had noted that DNA testing had established with “scientific certainty” that Biden had been the father of the child. He has now alleged that Biden has not cooperated during discovery and that he is “playing games with this court” arguing that the judge should “incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery.”
The original agreement between Biden and Roberts had been reached in March 2020 and had included a child support payment that Biden would need to be paying for months. Last September the case was reopened after Biden’s attorney asked the court to revise the child support payment required as there had been a “substantial material change” in his financial circumstances.
Biden is currently a target of the Republican party, who are using him as a way to go after his father, President Joe Biden. Hunter Biden’s business dealings are currently being investigated by Congress.
