(PartiallyPolitics.com) – Podcast host Joe Rogan in a recent episode of his podcast speculated that there is a possibility that the 2024 Democratic presidential ticket would not include President Joe Biden and that he would instead be replaced by California Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Over the last few months, Biden has had to face an increasing number of questions relating to his age and his mental acuity. These concerns reached a new high following the release of a report by Special Counsel Robert Hur, where he had assessed that Biden came across as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Fellow podcast host Chris Williamson who was a guest on Rogan’s podcast argued that it was not possible to prosecute Biden because he was “non compos mentis.” He added that on those same grounds, he should not be allowed to run for the White House in November. Still, this is the type of world that they are currently in.

Rogan proceeded to ask whether Williamson believed that Biden running for the White House was a ruse. He added that he thought that the Democrats would opt to get rid of Biden and that he was going to be forced to step down.

He continued by arguing that if he had to guess who they were going to set up to take after Biden had stepped down it would be Newsom. As he pointed out, the controversies surrounding Biden had continued to receive more traction, whether they relate to Biden’s mental abilities or his involvement with Burisma.

Rogan also pointed out that there are also controversies about Biden being an “honorary” professor at the University of Pennsylvania, arguing that even in that position he had made $900,000 despite only offering a dozen lectures and talks and never actually having taught a semester.
